Odisha Matric examination results declared, Girls Outshine boys

resukltBhubaneswar: Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha today declared the results of HSC examinations . Girls Outshine boys in the examination as 2,46,240 girl students have cleared the examination as compared to 2,43,482 boys.
The result was formally declared by the School and Mass Education Minister Devi Prasad Mishra formally declared the result at 9 am in Board office in Cuttack.
BSE President Prof. DP Nanda and School and Mass Education Secretary Ranjan Chopra presented during the declaration of the matric result. Total pass percentage is 83.72 %. Regular pass percentage is 85.2 %. Overall success rate highest in Balasore district at 92.90 %.715 schools have achieved 100% success; while 21 schools have recorded nil results.
From 10 am the results will be available at two websites . The results will be out on two websites— and from 10 AM onwards on that day.
Besides, students can also know their results through mobile phones by typing ORI10 followed by a space and then Roll Number and sending it to 58888. Students willing to apply for re-checking of their answer sheets will have to apply online from May 2 to May 11 on
