Narendra Modi waves make opposition sweating this summer!

The TsuNaMo swept the Hindi heartland Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand for BJP with landslide victory. Cow Belt region rejects Cycle, Elephant and walks with NaMo NaMo. Harish Rawat is routed and saffron is spread across Uttarakhand. Opposition parties SP, Congress and BSP were taken aback with the results. Few leaders started blaming the machine i.e. EVM. BJP’s surge is attributed to 3 S; well thought strategy, social engineering and catchy slogans in addition to huge popularity of PM Modi.
Modi’s popular schemes like Jan Dhan Yojana, Suraksha Bima Yojana, Gram Jyoti Yojana and UJALA are hugely appreciated by people at large in rural area. It’s like Ujala brings Ujala for BJP in UP and UK.The schemes related to energy gives BJP more ammo.
Congress bags Punjab and emerges as the single largest party in Goa and Manipur. It could have got a slight psychological advantage over BJP as 3-2 but it had to satisfy with 1-4. N. Biren Singh brings cheers for party in Manipur scoring the final goal when he was sworn in as first saffron chief minister of the state. BJP’s Ram (Ram Madhav Ji) turned the table for the party in Manipur along with Himanta Biswa Sarma. Biswa is certainly a big loss for Congress and a big catch for BJP for its surge in North-East region.
Manohar Parrikar returns to Goa after sacrificing Defense Ministry to lead the BJP Govt from the front. He is the right man for Goa at this juncture whose heart and mind are always there with the state. Congress failed to muster the required support to form the Government. It’s like so close yet so far for party with more lawmakers. The early reaction of BJP after the result brought both Goa and Manipur in to its kitty.
Badal fades, Singh roars, AAP fails, Cong wins in Punjab. Congress’s captain Amarinder was successful to make inroad in Punjab. He got the boost when the flamboyant Navjot Singh Sidhu joined him in campaigning. AAP was misread the situation and finished distant second which was dreaming to rule Punjab. It came as a jolt for AAP and its dream of Delhi in 2019.
The result of these 5 assembly elections made Modi more powerful politically and enhanced his image further as the tallest leader of the country at this moment with no matching of him in opposition camp. Magic, Mania, Wave; Modi era continues to be stronger helping BJP rise from North to North-East, Kashmir to Kanyakumari. So opposition parties like Congress, Janata Parivar, AAP, BSP etc are feeling more heat from Modi waves this summer.
