HDFC furthers presence in Hyderabad with new office in Kompally

Hyderabad: HDFC Ltd, India’s premier housing finance company, strengthened its presence in Hyderabad, Telangana by inaugurating a new office in Kompally. This will be HDFC’s 12th office in the Telangana. This new office will be housed at HDFC Ltd, Second Floor, Merix Square, H No 04-0069/NR, Pet Basheerabad, Kompally, Hyderabad – 500055.
This office will help to serve the customers in and around the area of Kompally. The new office is centrally located as customer convenience and comfort was given utmost importance while finalizing the new premises.
The new office will be open from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:15 pm; Saturdays – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and will remain closed on 3rd Saturday of every month.
Mr. Rajan Tandon, Business Head – Telangana & Regional Business Head -A.P. HDFC Ltd inaugurated the new office in Kompally in the presence of other senior officials of HDFC Ltd.
The new office of HDFC Ltd would be catering to the customers spread across Kompally, Petbasheerabad, Suchitra Junction, Alwal, Bollarum, Medchal, Gandimaisamma, Gundlapochampally and parts of Jeedimetla and other adjoining areas. With this new office, customers will be able to avail home loans conveniently for buying their dream home.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Rajan Tandon said, “Kompally is one of the fastest growing suburbs of Hyderabad. With improving infrastructure facilities in Hyderabad, real estate market will witness a robust growth in coming years. This new office in Kompally will help us to deepen our relationship with the customers and in turn will help them to avail a home loan conveniently on a property suiting their needs.”

Emphasizing further he added…

Our new office signifies the importance of the region in the HDFC network. We aim to reach the large untapped market of genuine home buyers and assist them in making an informed home buying decision.”

HDFC Ltd under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ (PMAY) is offering the credit linked subsidy for home loans to customers from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG) and Mid Income Group (MIG). As per the scheme, eligible borrowers will get interest rate subsidy of 6.5% pa for loans up to Rs. 6,000,000 for EWS and LIG category (annual household income up to Rs. 6,00,000), interest subsidy of 4% and 3% for loans up to Rs. 9,00,000 and Rs. 12,00,000 respectively for MIG category (annual household income between Rs. 6,00,001 & Rs. 18,00,000) for a maximum tenure of 20 years. The schemes for MIG at the moment are valid only up to 31st December, 2017.

HDFC in order to promote affordable housing has created dedicated teams across the country. In the last couple of months these teams have conducted extensive workshops to educate developers and their sales staff, corporates for their employees, etc by setting up help desks at their offices. HDFC’s efforts were recently recognized with a special CLSS award by the Government of India.
